Schools Out… Summer Update

Thank you to our fantastic coaching team and schools for their diligent work over the school year.  Young people at 20 schools have participated in Fishing for Schools this year to date in areas including Bolton, Maidstone, Bridgwater, Portsmouth and Romford. We look forward to visiting ten additional schools during the Autumn term.

Whilst the summer holiday offers a break for some, our Kent-based coaching team have shifted their focus to partnering with a number of mental health and disability groups, offering fishing sessions and an introduction to the health and wellbeing benefits of the sport. 

This week Warren White and the team are partnering with social care charity, Choice Support and are supporting the Trevor Gibbens Unit (TGU) in Maidstone. We are indebted to local funder, the Cobtree Charity Trust for supporting our work with TGU.
