Shorne Country Park and Monk Lakes provided the perfect venues for our Fishing for Schools sessions with Maidstone and Malling Alternative Provision.
Working towards their Level 1 Cast Award, students had the opportunity to try various techniques including whip, feeder, pole and splasher waggler. There was plenty of team work, with students working together to help set up and land fish.
Well done to the students for their commitment working towards their Cast Award. The group move on to Hadlow for the final two sessions and we look forward to hearing more in due course.
